Diversity is a continuous discussion in public relations. A diversity analysis of BHC indicates where the organization stands with its diversity and inclusion initiatives in relation to its competitors.

Fact Sheet

The fact sheet for BHC can be used to summarize an event going on in the organization. This one covers a fundraising collaboration between BHC and Buffalo Wild Wings.

News Release 1

This news release describes the partnership between BHC and the local business, Family Harvest. It would be distributed to media outlets and other stakeholders to inform them of the announcement and encourage them to share it with a larger audience.

News Release 2

The social media news release is only available online. BHC conducts most business-related operations online, so it fits nicely with the brand. This release covers all information related to BHC’s 2022 team tryouts.

Feature Story

This feature story talks about BHC founder Bob Auriemma and his legacy on the club and community. It would be distributed in the Asbury Park Press newspaper as well as linked on the club website. The feature would fit nicely with the APP’s current content and would spread the BHC name across the state of New Jersey.

PSA Script

This PSA is a reminder to fans of courteous game day etiquette. People often get caught up in the intensity of the game and sometimes forget that in the end, it is still just a game. The PSA would be distributed to local radio stations.

Webpage Copy

The webpage copy is an added “About” section that the BHC website is lacking. Creating a logical place for general club information is essential to attracting and keeping the target audience’s attention.

Social Media Content Strategy

The social media content strategy offers an overview of the current state of BHC’s various social media accounts. Furthermore, it describes needed improvements and how to achieve them.

Social Media Calendar

The social media calendar is a three-month schedule of social media content to be distributed on the club’s Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Direct Mail Campaign

The direct mail campaign is a persuasive call to action with the intention of finding people to sponsor or donate to the club. It would be sent to local businesses located in central New Jersey.

Infographic

This infographic is a visual presentation of BHC’s 2022 tryout information. It would be distributed on the BHC website, social media pages and in local businesses and schools.

Opinion Piece

This opinion piece talks about the debate over the age of body checking in youth hockey. It would be featured in the APP, which has a large overlap in target audience with BHC.

Research and Strategic Marketing and Communications Plan

The research and strategic marketing and communications plan covers BHC’s mission, target audience, global reach and competitive analysis. It also features a SWOT analysis and a marcom plan which includes goals, specific objectives and the strategy for achieving them.
